My calculation was higher: 387 cals, 34g carbs, 6g fiber, 8g fat 23g protein ( 7 WW points). I reduced the cheese to 3/4 cup of low fat Armstrong marble cheese, I will used no-salt added diced tomatoes from Walmart as well to reduce the sodium (2 frozen chicken breasts are high in sodium). Perhaps 1lb of chicken is only 1 breast? If so I'll keep it this way to keep the recipe high in protein.

Still low enough for me to try, easy/minimal ingredients, photos and such cheap serving values makes you an A+ in my books ;)

looks yummy. I was so ready to make this until I saw it includes Stove Top. Ugh they don't sell it in Australia. One of the many hazards of moving over seas!

That looks AMAZING, and with an Italian fiance maybe I can impress him with it... he always makes amazing food but it totally ruins my daily diet: chicken cutlets and penne, chicken marsala, eggplant parm...

I took Kraft's idea and cut slits in the chicken breast, stuffed them with mozzarella pearls, glazed the breast with olive oil, and then topped with diced tomatoes and seasoning. Bake until done. It's 433 cals, but that's for the entire breast and all the fixins.

I think I'm going to try this. But what kinds of sides would you recommend? Besides veggies.....

My wife made this for us last night. Thank you for the recipe. It was delicious.

We went with the low sodium stove top stuffing and low sodium cheese.

Looks yummy. I don't usually bake my chicken since I use my george forman so what temp did you bake it at for 30 mins?

Ooops just saw it was at 400 degrees. Sorry.
