I have a hard time eating 1200-1500 calories per day. I feel like I am stuffing my face! Even though I started to really shed the weight when I upped my calories I find myself having a hard time logging what I eat because I know I am still probably under my calorie goal because I have a hard time eating more than 900-1100.

Does anyone have this problem? Or am I just weird.

I can usually get to 1200 but then I have to minus my exercise and it takes me down to 800-900. Feel like at the end of the day I am just trying to find stuff to put in my mouth. I keep putting good thing in but just takes forever to get back to the 1200.

What are you eating so that 900 calories feels like stuffing your face?

Would you mind opening your diary? It would make it easier to offer advice based on what you’ve been eating.

Nuts are high caloric and very good for you! Peanut butter with your fruit in the afternoon. Small quantity so you will not stuff yourself!

Are you measuring your food with a scale? I would try that and see....I ended up eyeballing many things and was eating more calories than I logged. 1200 doesn't really come out to much food honestly. Use that scale for everything- fruit, veggies, ect.

I eat a lot of beans, rice, and protein because i am never sure when I am going to eat again because I am still at University and my schedule can change at the drop of a hat! I try to eat food that will take my body a while to digest so I can go say 6 or so hours before my next meal. So I'm not sure if I try to add more fruit or fresh veggies if that will work but I feel like I burn off those calories so quickly and I am left feeling hungry just a few hours later.
