Do you have to eat all the calories you've burned during exercise????? I have a lot of calories left from exercise and I am STUFFED today. It doesn't seem logical to add more food when I've had 1300 calories today and I have NO desire for anything. If I ate all the calories I've burned, I still have almost 600 calories to go.

Yes, you need to keep your body fueled. Try to eat something.

I have a hard time eating all my exercise calories, too, sometimes. When I do a long ride, I can burn up 1300-1500 calories, which means I double my calorie allowance! I always eat at least 80% of the calories I've burned.

So, try to eat at least some of them. Have a PB Sandwich or a banana or something healthy but loaded with good stuff!

Thanks! I never thought about peanut butter...very high calorie & only takes a tablespoon!
