Denise Austin - kinda creepy, totally works

I haven't posted anything on the forums before because there's not much I can say that hasn't been said already. I started trying to lose weight in December after I saw a few unsavory pictures of myself. I joined this site, reduced my calorie intake, increased how often I exercise, and nothing happened for the first three months. I did a variety of workouts including Tae Bo and 30 Day Shred, yoga specifically designed for weight loss, and other random workouts that appeared on the OnDemand fitness channels I just got.
I was not losing ~*any*~ weight until I did Denise Austin' Daily Dozen. The workout is only 10-12 minutes long and it doesn't seem intense, but it really did it for me. I'm usually pretty winded after, and it only burns about 120 calories but I've been steadily losing weight ever since I started doing these a few times a week. Denise is kind of eerily cheery, but hey, it works!
Anyone have any "magical" workout solution that, when they started it, just seemed to click with their body?

Denise Austin's DVDs always work for me too. I was doing Zumba and kickboxing but when I added my DVDs of hers back in it worked. I really like her books too. Jumpstart is a favorite.0
