Protein choices

I seem to always be low on my protein at the end of the day. Does anyone have any ideas for ways I can get more protein into my diet? I'm usually okay at dinner, but am lacking protein throughout the rest of the day and unfortunately going over on the carbs. Thanks in advance :smile:

    The easiest, fastest way I get mine is boiled egg whites. I love them, and there are 4 grams in each one... Chicken tenders are good too.

    plain greek yogurt has any where from 11-20g depending on brands add some pure clover honey and its great. also love almonds

    protein shakes for snacks
    fat free cottage cheese
    string cheese snacks
    natural choice deli meats (although a bit high in sodium)
    a big bag of shrimp in the freezer that is easy to microwave and add to a salad or eat as a side

    Protein shakes, eggs, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, lowfat string cheese, kashi, soy milk, nuts.. ehmm um meat i suppose?
