Not to be rude, but why can't you eat those things? That might help...

What about making your own soups? You can take a whole chicken, onion, carrots, celery and cover the whole thing with water and boil for about three hours until the chicken is about to fall off the bone. It makes a great broth. Then you can add pasta noodles or better yet egg noodles. You would have the cooked chicken left over to have for lunches and a ton of left over soup. It would be a start.

    What about eggs?
  • Looks very restrictive. Sorry. You can make some dishes with Chicken and Cooked Veggies. .You could look into some Paleo recipes as well. You are probably going to have to use a lot of different types of spices so you don't get bored. I would say, once you find stuff you can eat, don't focus on what you "Can't Have" but focus on what you can, and be creative.
    Some Ideas.
Chicken and Veggies Soup (making your own chicken stock)
Spinach, Mushroom and Egg White Omlette
Stuffed Chicken Breast with Spinach, Celery and onion
    Baked Artichoke Hearts
    Grilled Chicken and Veggies Kabobs
    Dessert - baked apples
ummm, thats about all I can think of at the moment. I hope that helps you out a bit.
Also, I would search for others who have the same issue and see what they are eating. Good Luck!!

If you were told you can't eat those things, you should have also been provided with a list of foods you were allowed. If you weren't go back to your doctor.

Not if you can't have uncooked veggies. Unless you get frozen veggies. You can just microwave those.

Take a can of Tuna Fish.
