Good Article for Women

    When I first started using the elliptical I just kind of coasted along....but then one day I decided to do an interval type training focused on weight loss and I enjoyed it more at that setting than the coasting along one. I can feel the burn and I love it. I will look into the barbell lifting as well. It does make sense, but I don't like using the barbell at the gym because that is where all the power lifters are at so to speak! Maybe I can get out of my comfort zone?
