So I just did a Jillian Michaels Biggest Loser power sculpt workout and I can't figure out how to load it to my exercise for the day! I feel the burn and wanna show it! But I can't keep track without posting it. help?

    This is why I love my HRM for workouts like this, because you don't want to over/under calculate. It's goinjg to be really hard to do an accurate reading for this.
