Hi everyone. I'm Megan...I'm 27 and I'm trying to lose 27 pounds by June! I started trying to drop twenty pounds on January 26th. Since then I've managed to gain seven pounds. It's become very difficult for me to find the motivation to keep on going with my exercising.
I'm hoping to find some encouragement and maybe new ideas for weight loss here. I feel I should mention though, since everyone in my family believes it's a factor in my lack of weight loss, that I also recently quit smoking. I had my last cigarette on January 6th.
