Healthy female wanting to lose 10lbs and take fitness to the
budhamom

Hello, I am a exercise loving female who has run several marathons and 1/2 ironman triathlons in my former life.
I now enjoy exercising just because it makes me feel good, I find a variety of ways to stay fit. I have never really been at a weigh that I always thought would be a "perfect" weight and I know that doesn't exist, there is not perfect. However I am on a
quest to finally take control of my health and loose the weight I always say I am going to, which for me is about 10lbs. More than anything I am not depriving, I am simply monitoring calories in and calories out.

Me, too! Looking to lose 10-15, and I know it's not gonna be easy! Still working out 6x/wk- trying to keep within my cal range. This site is great for all the tools it provides and the people are an AMAZING source of support!! Don't know what I'd do without my MFP buddies:- ) Feel free to friend me, if you like!
Good luck-

Those last 10 pounds seem to be the hardest to get rid of because they are so stubborn to go away. I have 10 pounds to lose to get to my smallest ever weight, but my goal is to lose about 14 which will be a new low for me. I am hoping that when I get there, my stomach will flatten out the way that I want it to. Don't let the profile picture fool you, there's a kangaroo pouch very well hidden under there, and I intend to get rid of that body fat. :flowerforyou:0
