hey there all trying to do some meals that are way healthier for the whole family....at the moment sausages and mince are cheap but of course not that good for the waist line so hubby and my 4kids eat them and i opt out or eat a very small portion....any ideas on cheap meals that are healthy apart from good old fish pie?

    How about skinless chicken breasts, stir fry, done with mushrooms and skim milk or in a tomato, onion and garlic base...
