Question about C25K

I just started the C25K program last week. I am doing it on a treadmill, and decided to walk at 4.0 mph, run at 6.0 mph. Week one went well, today was the 1st day of week 2 and it went ok, but I felt a little weird toward the end...
so I guess I am wondering if any one that has completed it (or anyone else) thinks of those speeds (are they reasonable or unrealistic?). Before I started, (well since the first week of January) I was regularly walking at 3.5 mph, and could jog at 4.5 mph for about 20 minutes at a time (which I would do for maybe 3x a week).
Thanks!

What do you men you felt a little weird at the end? I noticed that as the weeks progressed and the run segments got longer I had to slow down in order to sustain it. I also heard the same from a friend who started out going fairly fast speed too. Don't be afraid to slow it down to a comfortable speed. You will get faster, but you need to get used to the distance and extended time first. Good luck!!0
