Logging level 1 of 30 day shred?

Hiya

How do you guys log this into your daily exercise? I was just logging it as 20 mins high impact aerobics, but I think that is probably totally wrong. Anyone help?

    I was wondering the same thing. I've been logging mine as "Aerobics, General" But I'm not sure if that's right either. Hopefully someone can help!:)

    Circuit training is how I logged it when I did it. That seems to be the consensus on the correct way.

    I always log all of my Jillian Michaels workouts, including 30 Day Shred, as circuit training. This best represents the combination of cardio and strength training with the little or no rest that you find in her workouts.
