So today was my first day of exercise after two months of getting myself into a nutritional balance with the food end of things. I only made it a little more than 10 minutes. The goal was 10 minutes, but when I saw how close I was to .50 mile, I made that a stretch goal. My heart rate was 177 by a minute or so in and by the end I was at 189. It felt great, but I have one question.
After I drank my recovery drink, took a shower, and was getting ready for work, I noticed something. My lower abdomen felt like it was queasy. I didn't feel like I needed to "spew" or anything, just felt like the muscle buried under all that spare tire fat was making itself known. I didn't think that would be one of the muscles I would be hearing from just from using this machine.
Is this normal? Sorry if it's a stupid question. I don't know a lot about the exercise portion of getting in shape.
All help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
Matt
