This is a real quick and easy take on stuffed cabbage, only not stuffed saving LOADS of time. I can get this on the table in 30 minutes, and its another one of those meals I make where my "cabbage haters" clean their plates. Just don't tell them they ate cabbage

I make a similar recipe in the crockpot. Just toss it all in in the morning and come home to a complete, delicious dinner at night.

    Yum!

YES! I should add that. Sometimes I brown the meat and chunk it all in together and viola! Dinner at night.

    Thanks :)

I LOVE stuffed cabbage, but I'm usually too lazy to make it. I'll have to try this! I'm Armenian on my dad's side, so we always make sarmas (grape leaves stuffed with lamb and/or beef) around the holidays. They're so delicious, but also time-consuming. My family usually forms an assembly line to make them. Maybe I can make "unstuffed" sarmas, too!

I dont see why you couldnt. Someone on here posted an inside eggroll recipe which looked AWESOME. All the yummy filling without the deep fried carby wrapper :big smile:
