    I am fabulous because even though I worked out yesterday and didn't lose any weight- I am still motivated to get on that treadmill again tonight. :)

    I am fabulous today because I got on the scale after going on a 7 day vacation ( I did eat well, not all that I wanted, but some and exercised while I was gone) and I did not gain any weight. But the real reason is that that I didn't not for 1 minute let go of my goal and now I don't have to fret over a week of recovery from a bad week!!!!!
