Working out = Less Fiber

Why does my daily fiber requirement go down, the more I work out?

I dont see why if would. Everyone needs Fiber. But I dont really know!~!~! I would like to find out.0

I wouldn't worry about it too much... you can have some 30 grams or so per day without it hurting you. just make sure to drink lots and lots of water to prevent constipation...
My guess would be because working out dehydrates you, and so you might get constipated. But that is a shot in the dark! lol
you are fine! I go over quite a bit on my fiber...0
