Does anyone know how to add Jillian Michaels 30 day shread to your exercise? I have no clue what that would classify as. Help

    Lol, I had to ask the same question! Everyone told me to log it as circuit training, general.

    most people add it as "general circuit training" for 20 minutes . . . and that is what I did today and yesterday

    circuit training for 27 mnutes if you are doing warm up and cool down
