Hmmmmm what to do ???

Hiya guys really need your advice : i have put my activity leel on mfp as 'sedetary' I am a teaching assistant so norm am sat down however today I have barely sat down - I have put myself at 45 min slow walking do you think this is ok ? i prob walked on and off for about 2 hours

    I had a similar situation. I am a sedentary student but two or three days a week I work on my feet as well. I decided after a few suggestions to ad on my working days an exercise equivalent to if I changed my life style up to lightly active or whatever it is. I think the difference for me was 90 calories or something.

    Im a teaching assistant too I put as lightly active there are times when Im sitting alot and there are times when I have to make endless trips to other parts of the building and we have lots of steps you can change it in your settings option from sedentary to lightly active
