How many of you watch your carb intake? I try to but I have like 3 servings of fruit a day so sometimes its high of course!!!

    Fruits are the carbs we should watch, if you are worried about too much carbs cut out some of the proccessed stuff and keep the fruit! Yay vitamins and minerals! :D

    I"m on a carb cycling plan at the moment. Low Carbs Mon. Tues. Wed., high carbs on Thurs, Low on Fri and Sat. then High again on Sun.

    What I struggle with on the low carb days is fiber.

    I love my good carbs!! dont watch but take peeks sometimes...its all good...what kinda fruit you eating? watch the sugar 2 servings is best

    We are supposed to eat 2 to 5 fruits and veggies a day. I was just wandering how many watch it. I still have been very successful with high carbs. I don't need to lose anymore. Just in. I am down to 112 5'2. ....

    I know so many people that don't count calories and just pay attention to what they eat and don't stress about it. They lose just like that with a little of exercise. My husband can drop 10 lbs without exercising or eating really healthy. That's 10lbs in a month usually. Sometimes I just think what if we didn't stress about how to make our food plan look good if we would still see the same results. I would believe so. I ready a steady where a guy ate nothing but junk food all day stayed within a calorie range and still lost the same amount of weight. I believe it's not what we eat its how much of it...
