No appitite.

Just feeling one of those stomach bugs..it feels like its killing me..no appitite. I know i gotta eat...i feel everytime i eat or drink something except water, its not going to hold. What are some things that can help sooth and upset stomach. I got bananas, spinach, peaches in those containors, 100% whole wheat bread, baby carrots. ideas?

    Go with the bread. At least if you do get sick it won't be as bad coming back up. If you had crackers I'd say those because they are great for settling a stomach.

    Crackers and flat Sprite. I know it's not ideal food but it sounds, at least, like you may have some calories to spare. Sorry your sick!

    What did you eat for breakfast? You were feeling fine then! Just how many peanuts did you eat last night?!!:noway:

    Warm coke and soda crackers is what I always give the kids. But sometimes our bodies know best. If you do not feel like eating, then don't. Why make your tummy even more upset? :flowerforyou:
