Shred with Weights and/or 6 Week 6 Pack

I am going to be doing both of these videos, one week of one and then one week of the other. And I was just wondering if anyone has used either one of these videos and how well they work?

    Just started using shred with weights. I think you might be better off switching every other day rather than a week at a time. Just started shred with weights, combining with banish fat boost metabolism, no more trouble zones and 30 day shred depending on time.
