    I haven't tried it but I do like their CLA and their Vitapaks

    I've done the 7 day cleanse that they sell there by Renew Life. I've done it 2 times (Last July and this past February). It works for me and it is a good jump start. I try and do a cleanse every 6 or so months. I was a little stalled in my wieght loss so it got me back on track. It is best if you try and follow the diet suggestions, it isn't that hard actually - many of the things suggested I eat already so it wasn't a stretch for me. Good Luck!!! :wink:
