I've decided I want to start running again. I started a few months ago but hurt my knee. It has bothered me ever since. It finally is starting to feel like normal again. Are there any runners that have suggestions for a training schedule? I am wanting to first probably train for a 10K, then work up to a half marathon, and then MAYBE a full.

I love the website marathonrookie.com It has free programs for all distances. I just completed my first half last sunday (Feb 20) and am going to use that site to train for the full. Good luck to you, you will do fine!0

google couch to 5 K, it's very popular, and should get you to a good place in about 2 months or so.0
