Healthy Food is Filling!

I have the hardest time meeting my caloric goals in a day. I eat small meals throughout the day... often fruit or vegies. I have to struggle to get my caloric intake up and often am under. Celery, broccoli and cauliflower are my favorites, but they are low in calories and very filling.
Dinner and lunch I try to eat something more substantial to get my protein and other nutrients in.
It is weird to me, before I started this program... I could eat all the junk I wanted and never seemed to be full... Now I am eating healthy and I am always full.
I am afraid that I am eating too few calories and it is going to backfire... so I feel like I have to force myself to eat.
Any thoughts?

    one word: NUTS!

Just be sure you measure them cuz those calories can add up quick, but if you need calories, nuts are the easiest way.

You can also eat lean protein instead of fruit. Less carbs.

I only eat fruit about once a day... I eat almonds... about the only nut that I can digest. I will see if I can add more of those on my weak days.
