Now I know this topic has been talked about quite a bit, but I still have some questions (newbie here).
If I use the simple forumula of 220-26= 194. Then my MHR is 194.
Are we talking about the Average HR during an exercise or Peak HR? According to my HRM I usually average at 165 but I can peak from 195-200. I can't imagine toning down my workouts...I am only doing C25k and 30 Day Shred.
Thanks in advance!!

Thanks. It is good to know that my peak HR doesn't have to stay as low...just average. I couldn't understand how I was supposed to keep my HR that low.0
