My wife is a member of MFP already, made me a profile, and told me to do an intro. So here I am.
My name is Joe. I'm a 28-year-old guy who is tired of looking the way I look. I've come to realize that McDonald's is probably not the best thing in the world for me, and seeing that I am closer to 50 than not, I need to pay more attentoin to what I am eating and my health. I work about 90 hours a week in a high stress job and don't have a lot of time to exercise, but my wife is helping motivate me to walk with her and our daughters a few days a week and she's making my food so I am tempted to eat out less.
My family is very athletic and healthy for the most part and I am tired of being the ugly duckling. (or the chubby duckling, as it were) I'm ready to get in to the shape I know I can be in and truthfully, I'd love to kick my brother's *kitten* at something in the near future. I would like, from MFP, to meet a few other guys who are in the same boat. I have about 50 or so pounds to lose, I want to bulk up a little, and I want to be able to keep up with my family and my kids.

Welcome to MFP! There should been a warning that goes with this site it will be addictive and you will share MFP with everyone wether they want to hear about it or not. If you would like to friend me that would be great, I know you are looking for guy friends and I'm not a guy.0

I'm not picky. I do want guy friends, but that doesn't mean I don't want non-guy friends!0
