Starting Challenge Weight - 179.2
First Week - March 8th - 176.8
Second Week - March 15 - 174.6
Third Week - March 22 - 175.6
Fourth Week - March 28 - 171.2
Total so far - minus 8
Due to the weight gain last week I probably won't make it out of the 170's but I'm close -- :blushing:0 -
Only 3 days to go.. what are you doing so you get close or make your goal?
Personally I am continuing on with week 2 of my JM Ripped in 30, may I be alive for AprilI peeked and it may kill me!!
I have .5 of a pound to make the challenge, so I know I can do it!Good Luck everyone!!

Alright, only a couple more days left in March. I am NOT going to make it to 10 lbs lost, but I am pretty happy with my progress!

WOW! I haven't checked in in forever. I hope that everyone is doing well. It is nice to see progress. I am pretty sure I won't make the 10 pound lose in March, but I am going to push it hard this last week and see what I can do.

Great work everyone!!!! I didn't lose a whole 10 pounds but I made it half way there
5 pounds lost this month! I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that I was doing the shred and even thought I didn't lose a lot of weight I did lose lots of inches :bigsmile:

Ugh... what can I do!? I know I need to work out more and I had a whole 9 days of being sick and didn't pay attention to anything at all which is where you see the 154 but at least I got back to where I started right?
And today marks 9 weeks on this journey with MFP and I have 7lbs to show - almost 1lb a week so thats normal .. right?!
I reallllllly want to be 139 by my baptism because I want to fit back into my wedding shower dress from 3 years ago so i'm just gonna keep on trucking along. Hope everyone is at least happy if they lost something! Its better than gaining! If you keep it up it will all come off eventually just gotta keep on going! Best of luck in the next month!0 -
I am .5lb to my 10 lb goal for the month... not doing my final weigh-in in till the 31st!! lol I will make it! I found this past week of doing the JM DVD the weight is NOT moving, but I am toning.. so i will take it! lol0

I agree. I only lost 3.5 lbs, but I am a lot leaner than when I started.
