I just started on Feb. 28th. This is day two. I really like how easy they make tracking my food intake for the day. I also like how when I add in my exercise for the day, it tells me how many more calories I can consume. I managed to stay just below my calorie goal for the day, but went over a bit on my fat and protein. Good luck to you and keep in touch. :happy:0
