I have my on HIIT routine I do with adding in my elliptical .
How do I enter a burn from HIIT??

I do too, but I just use the calories burned that the machine gives me. Though, my elliptical takes into account HR, weight input, and resistance level. Do you have a HRM? It could help you give you a better estimate as to how many [more] calories you're burning when you do HIIT routines.0

I use my HRM but I notice that the machines overestimate by 30%. So if your machine says 1,000 burned I would go with 700. Of course HRM would be more accurate but thats what I usually get and I do HIIT 3 times a week0

i can get the calories burned on my elliptical but with my full routine I dont know what I burn.
I guess I need to get a HRM at some point so I have a better feel for what Im burning0
