I am new to my fitness pal. Got out of the habit of exercising now trying to get back into the swing of things. got the treadmill back down used it twice this week got some exercise videos (billy blanks tae bo amped with bar) that i kinda like. thought keeping track of my food would help loose weight but my biggest problem is that i get bored with my exercise routines then i stop and sometimes geting started again takes awhile. but here i am and hoping to be able to loose 1 - 2 pounds a week. i figure if i start small then i can increase my goals later. dont like to weigh myself though so not sure how well that will work out. just take it one day at a time i guess
