Hi, my name is Anne. I am new to Myfitnesspal.com and so far I like it. I have not lot any weight,but I am still staying positive and keep focused. I used to be real active during high school by swimming all year around. I am 23 years old and a new mother. So I want to stay in shape for my daughter, who is very very active! I want to do things with her, instead of sitting around and not do anything. I also want to show her and my family that you can loose weight by watching what you eat and exercise. I also want to show my family that you don't need to take a pill or supplements to loose weight.
I am not trying to offend anyone who is taking supplements, I just want to do it without supplements.
