Hi All, I have logged on for 290+ days, and I would say less than 1% of my log ons have been untrue, mainly because I was eating out and did not have an accurate account of my intake. I do not intend to deminish anyone but want everyone to be truthful to themselves, because at the end of your journey you are the one who has to be satisfied with your results. My goal was to reach a 100 pound weight loss, I have been at a 95 pound loss for over a month and have kind of crept back to old habits but I am watching my over all intake of calories and still watching my cholesterol intake. I am satisfied with where I am at, at the moment but wil soon refocus and lose the last 5 pounds and meet my goal. I hope all of you can maintain the discipline and goals you have set for yourself.

thats kinda how i feel...like i wanna keep tracking after i get to my goal weight...or at least monitor my food like use the database to check and see if i really wanna eat this or that...and then if i start gaining weight again...i'll go back to being uber strict lol...

I think realistically I will have to track my calories to some extent for the rest of my life. I've lost and gained weight too many times to let it happen again...and it seems to happen most when I'm not paying attention to what I'm eating and when I stop exercising. I'm looking at this as just another part of life.

Congrats on you weight loss!!!! I'm sure you'll lose the last 5!! But the most important thing is to be happy and enjoy the now.

    Take care!!
