I joined about a month ago. I'm almost 50 & menopause has really halted any weight loss efforts! First week I lost one pound, then have gained 1 pound a week since....argh......Still keeping tract every day, walking at least 30 minutes /day plus some free weights and some stretching. I'm at 1300 calories a day but usually stay under that. I'm open for any suggestions to help me LOSE some weight!

You might start by adding some friends. I have found that my friends keep me encouraged, motivated, slap my hand when I've done bad. They really keep me accountable. Feel free to add me. This is my FB :flowerforyou:0

my name is mickie and I have been on mfp for a almost 3 months and i lost down and gain back but I need more friends to help me i only have one friend on here and she gone for a while and the other friend is gone to south america for a while. so I need friends to encourage me.0
