This site was referred to me by my sister. I really like all the brands of food in the search menu, makes counting your calories so much easier. Just started on Monday and hope that by tracking my calories and exercise it will keep me on track. My goal is to lose 25 lbs, might not seem like allot to some people but any amount of weight is hard and takes work. Wish me luck!

25 lbs is about what I want to lose too, and I know how hard it is. I'm not tall, 5'2", so that much weight is a lot on my frame. Good luck, and I'll be happy to buddy with you on your journey if you want to add me as a friend.0
