Does anyone know, the nutritional info on the box for things like puddings, cakes, etc, is the info listed for the mix in the box, or for the made prodcut when made per directions? I use pudding mixes in cookies and there was a very tasty looking recipe for a cake on here, but it wasn't made per box directions, so trying to figure out how to count the calories. Thanks for your help!

nowadays, the nutrition info on the box will list two columns. One for 'as packaged' the other "1/2 cup prepared w/ 2% reduced fat milk" At least that's what I'm seeing on this pudding box. I just took out a BC cake mix and it also has "mix" and "prepared"0
