desk job to house construction

i will be spending the next three weeks working on an construction site. i normally work a desk job. How do i account for the exercise? or do I just think of it as a bonus?

    maybe change the setting on your activity 'style'? am assuming yours is presently set to sedentary?

    Change your setting for the next three weeks from Sedentary to Very Active. When you return to your desk job, change it back.
