organizing my work out

I'm needing some advice because I am struggling with multiple goals and being able to do them effectively.
I am doing c25k and 30ds. Today I did c25k around lunch time but my muscles and my will power were weak for 30ds after dinner tonight. Hopefully when the hubby gets home we can help push each other through, but my question is for folks wanting to do double days or just want to work out for an hour, how do you organize it to be able to get the most out of all work outs? Thanks for the advice

half an hour power nap always does the trick for me
or, i'll do 30ds in the morning when i wake up. and then finish off the day with whatever else I decide to do. I suggest still trudging through, it'll get easier the more you work it. (:0
