I quit smoking on February 1st, 2011 after being hooked for 18 years.

I quickly realized I love food a little too much since quitting, so I joined MFP. Let me just say that controlling portion size and nutritional balance is SO MUCH harder than dropping the nicotine addiction!!!

I didn't realize how much of a crutch a good pizza is, my leg is shaking under my desk right now just thinking about going to my favorite pizzeria for a couple of slices!

Am I putting too much pressure on myself? I am using the patch (medium level) and almost ready for lowest...

Trying to stay under 1400 calories a day, dropping 40 pounds.
