I have found that when I don't have time to go to the gym Just Dance 2 is very good at getting me moving and sweating. there is also a setting on there called "just sweat" that keeps track of your exercise program for the week. Also I use a program with jenny McCarthy (or how ever you spell it) :smile: when the camera records your movements and it adjust for your weight and age range.

Didn't know if someone had posted that recently, just thought I would put that out there...:happy:

    Thats what I do too! It can be a great workout if you get moving! I wish it was in the data base for a workout! I just end up using an aerobic one or something like that.

    I L-O-V-E Just Dance 2! If you are doing all the moves(or making the attempt..lol), you are getting an awesome workout. If I am in a crunch to get cardio in, I will use it in place of a gym workout. Otherwise, me and my 10y/o dd will compete..so much fun :-)

    I got JD 2 over the weekend and I love it! My 9 y/o daughter and I are having a blast with it, and I'm a Zumba fanatic! Great change of pace workout!
