Hi everyone,
I'm very new to this and really hope its going to work for me. I've been dieting since before Christmas with a famous slimming club but as I can't go to regularly to the weekly meetings, it was becoming a waste of money, though I did drop a dress size. A friend has recommended this site so I have signed up and logged in and now I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

Would love to chat to folk that work shifts as I do, including nights, so if you're around....say Hi!

    I have tried many "diets" and this site is a blessing! Lots of support and you hold yourself accountable without going to meetings outside the house. It is a great way to chart your calorie intake and your exercise. I work a typical 8-5 day but my evenings are aways jam packed with activities. Good luck with the site. I think you will LOVE it!
