I am not doing so well.
Last year was awesome. I was dedicated and gave 110% for 2 months. In those 2 months I lost 20lbs I then got off track and have been sort of yo-yoing since then. I get motivated and back on track lose some weight then get off track gain it back then repeat.
I have 9 weeks and I really, really want to lose the last 15lbs. Mother's Day was my goal and if I totally stick to it and kick butt I think I can do it. It is doable isn't it?
What I am curious about is my calorie intake. I was at 1200 but upped it to 1320 (MFP recommended) because in January I had much more time to lose it, since screwing the last 2 months up I need to get serious, I seem to work better under pressure.
So do I drop down to 1200 again? Stay at 1320 or something else?

I would say to drop to 1200 for a week or 2, then go back up so you kick-start your metabolism.0

Your goal is definitely possible within 9 weeks but you have to be on point with your nutrition. You know what it takes to lose from your great results last year. I just recently dropped my calorie intake from 1314 to 1200 per day. When I was at 1200 in Jan I lost 6.5 lbs but I raised it in Feb and only lost 3.8 lbs. It's all about nutrition even though I ramped up my workouts. I also know monitoring my sugar and sodium intake is critical along with of course staying within your calorie goal.0

Thanks. If I can stay focused and on track I don't doubt I can do it. I have started a new workout challenge that last 9 weeks and if I can stick to getting up early and make exercise apart of my morning routine rather then my night routine I may be more apt to stick with it.0
