    Agreed. Stay away from bread, pasta and rice. If you dont burn up those carbs they turn into fat in your system. It's not as simple as eating less = weighing less. Cut your carbs down to 30 percent of your diet and start making your body burn the stored fat.

    Don't forget to add more water!
    Water water water!

    (It especially helps with Sodium, flushes it all out!)
