I have been really good at my eating habits, but I am still not seeing any loss!! I check the scale AND measurements every week, sometimes more than that!! I don't get why I'm not losing weight!! I hate it!!

I wouldn't check your measurements that often. It is better to do it like once a month. You said you're doing well with eating, how about exercise?0

I weigh in once a week - I measure inches once a month...So far so good.
You may have to up your exercises - how is your Sodium & Carbs intake? Do you eat alot of processed foods, JUNKfood/FASTfood? etc, etc0 -
How long has it been since you've seen a loss? Like a week? three days? Some times your body just needs a week or two to adjust to the losses you've already had. When you lose it changes your body composition your skin, your other organs need to change with it- it's why some weeks you will see 2-3 lb loss and then the next nothing- your body is catching up with itself. Be patient and keep plugging away.0

Looking at your dairy you are eating way too much sodium and processed foods. It looks like you are trying to make healthier choices eating out but they still are not as healthy as eating at home, or packing a lunch. Instead of drinking slimfast as your only breakfast try to eat some too.. its the most important meal of the day I know its hard some days but even a granola bar or banana would help fuel your body! also try eating more of your exercise calories. there is one day that you only net like 30 calories, you need to try and stay at least above a 1000. Hope that helps0

I know, I've been really trying to cut back on the sodium, that is the killer mostly. lol I hate that I don't have any close friends around me to motivate me and my boyfriend is no help because he is trying to gain weight!!0
