Best way to do bicep curls with tennis elbow?

I wear a support for tennis elbow and have it in both elbows. How can I do bicep curls and tricep extentions without causing too much pain?

    In my opinion the best way it to allow you elbow to heal first and stay away from exercises that will impact the ebows. I had to learn that when I developed bursitis in both shoulders. I had to avoid the bench press for about a month.
