I used to be in a Metal band in high school! lol I played guitar I still have 3 of my guitars and my Fender tube amp. I just thought I'd share that. lol

my motivation is my son, I want to be an example of non-laziness, to continue to be an encouragement to get up and go! Now he is getting into exercising with me..that is my motivation. OH! And to be able to wear my wedding bands again:)
