    I gotta have my coffee in the morning, late afternoon and sometimes at night after the kids go to bed.
    Nescafe hazelnut instant coffee- 5 cals
    Irish cream creamer- 35 cals
    with 3 packets of Equal or Splenda- 0 cals

    I enter it all.

    I do count my coffee. I use splenda to sweeten and 0% milk instead of creamer. According to MFP it is 11 calories per cup.

    I agree as well. Just NEVER heard of black coffee (unflavored without anything added) having calories. Even MFP's database doesn't count the calories on plain black coffee. I think I'll def start doing it.
    I don't know if you're using their standard entry or another one but the brewed from grounds I use has about 6 cals without anything (20 oz)
