Banana smoothie with probiotic yoghurt, milk & peanut butter for me. A bit high on the sugars side but plenty of protein so keeps me going

Bananas are a close 2nd for me, I would have to say eggs first. I boil 18 eggs at a time and leave them in my fridge and grab one for a quick, healthy snack.
I love eggs as well but the yolks have to much cholesterol for me.
I can see that, Dave. I've tried the egg white thing and it's just not something I can commit to, lol. I love my yolk, lol. It's good if you can do it though.
Chrissy, I love the yolk as well but when my C was off the charts I had to start watching it. And HB eggs are so convenient too and it just not the same to chuck out the yolk and eat the white only..lol0 -
