Now that it's nice out, relatively speaking, I am bit by the bug to take the dogs walking in our front pasture. It's not flat, very hilly, so gives me a nice workout, walked it twice yesterday in 18 mins, was almost 200 calorie workout. . is it detrimental to split my excercise up like this?
Will say the aches I had yesterday before doing that and the bike are dulled, not as bad. . between the 30 ins on the bike and the walking was a nice 500 calorie burn. . .but I won't do it if it's not good for me

That's a really good thing to do. Gives your body a change and can boost your metabolism. I use to workout 3 times a day and had tons of energy. It wont hurt you even when you go back to just once a day like what I've been doin for over a year now. So yea, enjoy the nice long walks in the evenings and you should also see some weightloss0
