Hey there. What website do you guys use when you're doing a new exercise and aren't sure how to do it?
Is there a site that has a search tool to it where you can type the move in and it will give you instructions?

Default video search function for the masses is usually YouTube, I suppose.

I absolutely LOVE this site: http://www.exrx.net/Exercise.html

There are also other kinds of exercises on the Women's Health magazine site that are great.

Check out www.bodyrock.tv she uploads new workouts or exercise challenges almost every day, with a video showing you how to do it, and you can always modify it if you are a beginner as it is HARD. most of the workouts use bodyweight, and you can do them at home
